At Kleta we are looking for our next key player, to develop from scratch a B2B2C accounts strategy, and help us fill the streets with yellow-wheeled bikes!

About Kleta

We at Kleta are on a mission to make daily commuting by bike more sustainable, joyful and hassle-free! Our bike and ebike subscription service allows our users to have their own bike without the need to worry about an expensive purchase, theft of your bike or any maintenance.

We are a rapidly growing start-up with our HQ in Barcelona and we are currently building an outstanding team with diverse backgrounds to enable millions of people to enjoy their daily commuting by bike in the coming years!

What you will do

  • You will be in charge of developing the whole B2B2C acquisition and accounts management strategy from scratch.

  • You will gain a deep understanding of Kleta, our product and our values.

  • You will establish strong relationships with companies (especially with CEOs and HR directors) in order to close win-win deals.

  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings


  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.

  • A generalist profile with strong commercial skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.

  • You have a native level of Spanish both written and spoken.

  • You are proficient in English both written and spoken.
